RamOli Studio House
Puerto Vallarta 2010 - Silver Medal, 7th Biennial of Jalisco Architecture 2011
This house located on a corner lot is located diagonally to the center of the free space left by the pre-existing trees to improve its orientation and take advantage of the microclimate and richness of the natural landscape.
It is a type house loft with all its spaces linked to its peripheral gardens under the idea of a “garden with a house” that is opposed to the traditional “house with a garden”, inverting the order of priority of the elements that make up the habitable environment.
The project integrates passive ventilation and lighting systems as well as solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and wastewater treatment with a SUTRANE-type system.
